The Alsaeeds Are Killing Bristol Rovers—Silently and Steadily

Let’s not sugar-coat it: under the Alsaeeds, Bristol Rovers is falling apart.

We’re not just in a rough patch—we’re sliding headfirst into League Two. And while the football sinks to new lows and the club stumbles without direction, the owners remain silent. No leadership. No answers. No connection to the people who care the most.

The silence is deafening. And it's killing us.

Other clubs in trouble rally. They fight, restructure, speak to the fans, try something. Meanwhile, Rovers is drifting—rudderless and abandoned. What we’re watching now isn’t just decline—it’s disinterest. The Alsaeeds act like passengers on a ship they’re supposed to be steering.

League Two is already calling. We all feel it. There’s no energy on the pitch, no plan off it, and the longer this continues, the harder it becomes to see a way back.

And where are the owners? Missing.

Where’s the plan? Non-existent.

Where’s the respect for the badge and its people? Nowhere.

The promised stadium? Still just talk.

The ambition? Completely evaporated.

The communication? A vacuum.

There’s nothing. Not a statement. Not a direction. Just silence—as if we don’t matter.

But here’s the thing they’ll never understand: we do matter. We’re the ones in the stands every week. We’re the ones buying the shirts, travelling the miles, singing the songs. This club has survived wars, relegations, and worse than this—but what we’re seeing now is a different kind of threat. A slow, passive rot from the top down.

And we can’t sit back any longer.

Gasheads, this is the moment.

Raise your voices—online, at the Mem, wherever you can. Demand answers. Demand better. Let the silence be shattered by unity, pride, and noise.

The Alsaeeds have made their stance clear through their inaction. It’s time we made ours clear through action.

If they won’t lead, they must leave.

If they won’t speak, then we must shout.

Because this club belongs to us—not to those who treat it like an afterthought.

Stand up. Speak out. Save Rovers.

League Two may be calling—but that doesn't have to be our story.

It's all very worrying indeed, silent from the powers that be. It's truly shocking 🤬

The club is a shambles and no-one seems to care.So very sad and never felt such despair in 70 years. We never win ,rarely score and the football is dire. Why should I bother? The club don't.

While it's mathematically possible there is hope, but it does seem completely rudderless. Something is going to have to give.
