Bristol Rovers are set to bolster their midfield options on Deadline Day, with Vital Gas understanding Bradford City midfielder Tommy Leigh has agreed a loan move to the club.
The deal, expected to be completed before the window shuts, would see Leigh arrive as Rovers look to add energy and depth in the middle of the park during a crucial part of the season.

Leigh has been a regular presence in Bradford’s squad and is known for his work rate and willingness to get on the ball, qualities Rovers have at times lacked during the campaign. While not a headline name, this appears to be a practical move aimed at strengthening numbers and competition rather than making a statement signing.
With fixtures coming thick and fast and Rovers still battling to pull clear of danger, fresh legs in midfield could prove valuable. A loan move also offers flexibility, allowing the club to address an immediate need without long term commitment.
If completed, Leigh would become another January addition as Rovers continue to reshape the squad in an attempt to steady the season and build some momentum.
Up the Gas.
